JOET Jewelry Return Policy

Thank you for your JOET Jewelry purchase! We hope you love your new piece.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and any accompanying certificates, must be included.
  • Exclusions:
    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at joetjewelry@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain proof of postage. Joet Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.  

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at joetjewelry@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
